I have alove-hate relationship with the branch onMain Street. Icould never make this myprimary bank due the time ittakes for them tocomplete asimple task. There's one lady that talks extremely too much asshe seem tohave aproblem with multi-tasking. She's nice, but Iwent thru the drive-thru on03/29/2022, and Iwas the only person inthe drive-thru. Ittook over 10minutes for her tocomplete mywithdrawal, and inthe middle ofmy transaction Icould see her standing inthe doorway counting mymoney, and talking tosomeone inside ofthe bank. She completely left the drive-thru where she was previouslyat. However, ona positive note, Ionly have asavings account with Avadian. Ihave $ automatically deposited out ofmy paycheck bi-weekly. Idon't have adebit card, nor ATM Card. This means that Ihave tophysically goto the branch tomake awithdrawal. Due tothe issues mentioned above, Irefrain from going tothis branch unless it's ABSOUTEY necessary!!! I've decided togive the other branch (across town) atry onmy next visit.… – show

Ok sofair isfair. Yesterday Ijumped toconclusions ona notice Ireceived that had Avadians name onit and assumed itwas from them. Iwent onto give the bank apoor review based onthat. Idon't change myopinion about the time Iwas with them but Iwill give them 5well earned stars for resolving myissue even ona holiday weekend. Iwas contacted within avery short time bythe location manager Diana Casey. Iwas 100% wrong but she never said anything negative nor was she anything but professional.

F-ing ridiculous! Lobby isclosed and only one lane isopen! There isa line solong anemployee came out totell usto move are cars upso someone could get into the ATM lane. Ifyou would just open another lane itwouldn’t bea problem! This branch only has two open places todeposit cash and the other ison the opposite side oftown. IfI didn’t have cash Iwould have left! Completely crazy for anemployee totake the time totell usto move, but couldn’t open another lane toget the line down!… – show

ive been using them for three years and igo there about every week ortwo none ofthem know myname and overall ive been very disappointed with the whole system but they have afree coin change machine and thats exclusively why istill have anaccount with them there used tobe good friendly tellers but they all got promoted tobetter places and idislike having tofill out the stupid sheet every time even when ijust want toput some cash into myaccount

Worst financial institution that Ihave ever had the displeasure ofdoing business with. Paid mytruck off almost 3monthsago. The credit union acknowledges azero balance. They will not provide mewith atitle (they lost it), oreven apayoff letter that has the necessary information onit soI can pay for replacement title. Again, almost three months later and Istill can't get them toDO THEIR JOBS......

I live inAtlanta. Mymother lived inDothan and used Avadian CUas her local bank. When she passed in2014, Iwas anticipating avery difficult time dealing with her existing and new estate accounts from another city. The fine folks atthe branch were BEYOND amazing, helpful, and sympathetic tomy location-challenged situation and myloss. Kassie and Cathy especially— THANK YOU for all ofyour help!!
