The purpose of this course is to provide essential information about the principles and application of health and safety risk assessments and covers Unit Standard 30265.

This course has been designed for people who need to manage risks to maintain a safe workplace.

  • explain the legislative requirements for risk management in the workplace

  • complete any necessary documentation associated with managing risk in the workplace
  • describe and review risk management processes such as audits, statistical analysis, accident and incident registers.
