@Ask_Spectrum absolute trash service! I’ve been notified that I would receive a call and that my order # was placed as an emergency and it was never the case. Never got a call&my appt was set for 5pm the next day. It’s always something with spectrum, lack of communication. U suck

@Ask_Spectrum and now it is acceptable to charge me a month for 2 days of services that were unreliable and caused me to use vacation time to make up for time I missed from work so technicians could come to the house? This is just a slap in the face on top of the poor service.
