  @Ask_Spectrum STOP w/the repeated "weekly" emergency alert tests. In the past 2-3 hours there have been 3...THREE!.."weekly" tests...on the same channel. Two of them state they're from Raleigh, NC area. A bit of a problem since I'm in WI. Maybe that's why those are SO LOUD. #EAS

  … he failed. She didn’t. The technician who first answered my call at @Ask_Spectrum was polite, but quickly gave up and told me to return my brand new cable box to the local store. I decided to call again. The woman who politely answered solved the routine technical issue.

  Spectrum tv sucks. We got a new DVR system on the 31st and we already need another. The power went out for 1 second, 1 FREAKING SECOND and the box shut off. It’s been 20 minutes and I’m still pissed. @GetSpectrum do better. @Ask_Spectrum

  @FOXSports WTF? My SE WI @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum guide shows Irish Championship horse racing airing live. Instead it's a 5 yr old boxing match. WHY change from live event to old event? I know boxing more popular than Irish horse racing so why even schedule it? Got my hopes up

  @Ask_Spectrum I already called and they said that raising my internet bill $5 a month is in effect for all spectrum customers. Went from $65 a month two years ago, $70 last year and now $75. While service has not improved and nothing has changed. You are a monopoly as I cannot get anyone else

  Can @GetSpectrum and @Roku at least come to an extension agreement to get customers through the holidays? What a terrible time to have this happen. 2020 was bad enough all the way around - please give us access to the @Spectrum app again at least until this gets figured out.
