@Ask_Spectrum I’d prefer to keep the conversation public as your lack of urgency for our area and acceptance of the fact that you have overloaded your fiber/can’t support the upload speed promised is unacceptable. Additionally, your constant excuses with no timetable is not acceptable either!

@Ask_Spectrum The 833-267-6094 did say there ARE outages in my area. They said they would have service back by 6:00pm approximately.While writing this tweet, I received a text stating there are outages in my area, and service would be restored by 4:00pm. Two hour discrepancy, but an answer.

@Ask_Spectrum and now it is acceptable to charge me a month for 2 days of services that were unreliable and caused me to use vacation time to make up for time I missed from work so technicians could come to the house? This is just a slap in the face on top of the poor service.
