@Ask_Spectrum I already called and they said that raising my internet bill $5 a month is in effect for all spectrum customers. Went from $65 a month two years ago, $70 last year and now $75. While service has not improved and nothing has changed. You are a monopoly as I cannot get anyone else

Can @GetSpectrum and @Roku at least come to an extension agreement to get customers through the holidays? What a terrible time to have this happen. 2020 was bad enough all the way around - please give us access to the @Spectrum app again at least until this gets figured out.
